An ounce of preparation is worth its weight in gold when it comes to executing services.

Here is a set of questions you can use to deep dive into service rendering.
- Are there any orders that need to be reviewed in advance of service?
- Are there any preparations that need to be made for service?
- Are any and all supplies needed to deliver the service ready to be used?
- Are any people needed to provide the service properly prepped and educated?
- Are any people needed to provide the service properly dressed or groomed?
- Did the client arrival go smooth?
- Did you start on time
- Did you deliver the services promised?
- Did you end on time?
- Did anything come up during the service that required changes or corrections to pre-concieved notions regarding service rendering or fees?
- Was the customer/client asked if they were served well (if appropriate)?
- Was a followup visit or service offered or requested (if appropriate)?
- Was a request for review or feedback initiated (if appropriate)?
- Would the customer use your service again?
- What type of review might the customer leave publicly? Will that help or hurt you? Should you encourage public reviews? What's the best way to do or avoid that?
- What type of review might the customer share privately with others?
- What is the BUT the customer will take away from the experience?
- Would you want to do business with the customer again? If not, have you noted that somewhere for your own reference?
