An exercise routine is something you plan out and then something you execute.
It's typically the execution part that everyone struggles with after getting over the idea they need to plan for it first. (this ain't rocket science, just natural challenges with being alive!)
As with a relaxation routine, if you could squeeze in your exercise routine sometime during your morning routine it would be the most sure way it gets executed, but that simply isn't a good fit for many for various reasons.
A 30 minute walk just three times a week with a moderately elevated heart beat is a perfectly valid exercise routine. There are some new systems which take under 5 minutes which are suggested a few times a week which increase heart rate and build strength in simple and strange ways. The choices are endless. Pick one and make it a subtle or dramatically invigorating part of your week.
