The other 20%...
The other 20% is:
Without the first 10% related to a product, service, art or trade there is no potential for a business. With only a product, service, art or trade the most one can hope to have quickly and easily might be a hobby.
Without the second 10%, which is the ability to bring in new business via marketing, sales, familial relations, illegal business schemes, corrupt government insiders giving you business, or other, you won't need the other 80% of business to keep things going and growing.
Arguable, this unique 20% is very, very relevant, and it is certainly more relevant during a startup phase than the weight being allocated to it here, but ultimately, after a business is in flight, these percentages should start to manifest if the business itself is properly aligned for stable and steady growth.
