P103.2 - Your Morning Routine |
The morning routine is second to the evening routine for value and relevance. Your day can only spiral out of control from the outset. Try not to let that happen before you engage in business. Try to at very least start the day out with a modicum of control?
When kids are encouraged (cognitively coerced) to taking on $1,000 in student loan debt, nobody tells them how hard it will be just to pull all their own pieces together in the AM once they are on their own. This sh-t alone ain't easy, much less what happens after you head for work every day (be that in a foreign place or even your own home).
- Do you have a morning routine?
- Does it consist of bodily care first? (those necessities, which may include the toilet, but what appear care for teeth and supplemental nutrition in the first few minutes of the haze?)
- If you participate in meditation or yogic practices, are those being tossed in right out of the gate? Should they be? Most that practice say that is the best time for them.
- Do you turn your morning food intake into a lust fest or do you balance tantalizing the tongue with nutrition and a reasonable amount of time?
- Have you learned how to consume a nutritious breakfast without craving tongue teezers in a matter of seconds or minutes if needed?
- Is that done with or without sugar?
- Is that done with or without grains and carbs which can create a short term addiction cycle that will revisit you before lunch
- Have you learned how to consume a nutritious breakfast without craving tongue teezers in a matter of seconds or minutes if needed?
- Have you developed the caffeine and nicotene habits that suck time and money from your energetic sphere for purposes of a strange exploration and diversion?
- Can you get yourself together (shower, dressed and reasonably presentable) in an appropriate period of time and to a satisfactory manner consistently without the help of another.
- Can you get to your "storage spot" (from P102) and find what is supposed to be there regularly or does that turn into a treasure hunt?
- Can you get your bags together (from P102) with all required items in a peaceful manner?
- Can you use a staging spot (from P102) consistently to catch yourself from forgetting that which all of this is meant to help you retain?
- Can you load your items in a vehicle (from P102) without forgetting what the heck it is you were doing?
